A little about me- I've been married to my love since 2015, who also used to be my next door neighbor. We met, fell in love, got married, sold one of our houses and now have two, energetic daughters and a fun, loving malti-poo. Life is crazy fun! I spent nearly 15 years in the Oil and Gas Industry in Business Development, building my skills in communication and in working with all kinds of people from different backgrounds. I loved what I did, but real estate has opened the door to something I was missing- to have the chance to help people get something that greatly impacts their lives and their families. I love what I do and look forward to helping and serving you!

Candace is a graduate of the University of Saint Thomas, where she received an MBA, concentrating in Finance. With over twenty-eight years of Accounting and Finance, including REIT experience, Candace launched into the realty industry following a family dream. Candace has more than 14 years of experience as a Realtor, including luxury real estate, residential listings, commercial leases, 1031 exchange transactions, and short sales. With this experience, Candace discovered a formula of merging her financial background with the ever-changing real estate market and created the Wise Living Group. She has recruited the best and the brightest team members who collectively represent the experience of 40 plus years of real estate, banking, financial accounting, and marketing expertise. Sherry Haas represents a professional and knowledgeable Realtor with attention for follow up. She enjoys working and listening to her clients to find what they really want in a home and location. As a native Houstonian and empty nester it wasn't long before Sherry and her husband Larry decided on acreage near Flatonia. Sherry is a resident in the countryside outside of Flatonia and Praha, an active member with Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and a designated (ABR)Accredited Buyer's Representative. A member with Flatonia Rotary Club, Chaired the Annual Fund for St. Thomas High School 2011-2012 ,St. Thomas Eagles Club, and in her extra time loves to spend time with her husband Larry and two children.
