Kim Fazzino

Kim Fazzino is Co-Leader of Imperato Fazzino Real Estate Group. She has been a resident of Kingwood for over 25 years and is the #1 Producing Individual Agent in Kingwood. Kim was awarded the Top 25 Residential Realtor Award from the Houston Business Journal and is listed in the Top 20 RE/MAX Agents in Texas. She has negotiated over $100M in sales and purchases in the Greater Houston Area.

Kim graduated from Texas A&M with a B.A. in Communications and prides herself in using her Aggie talents to negotiate the best price for her clients. Kim previously worked in Client Relations for Baker & Botts, L.L.P.; one of the largest and oldest law firms in the nation. She has worked with heads of state, federal and state judges and executives of Fortune 500 companies.

In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband of 25 yrs and their four children. She also enjoys running, photography and competing in endurance and competitive trail rides with her Arabian horse. Kim sits on the board of the Kingwood Horseman's Association, National Charity League Kingwood Chapter and is active in her church and children's schools.
